It’s truly amazing to me how every move Medium seems to make just makes this platform worse, more unpleasant to use, less ideologically diverse, more intolerant of viewpoints that diverge from its party line and harder to find content you actually want to read. They are completely unresponsive to user feedback and have a third-rate support staff that is often either useless or just totally ignores you. As great as I thought Medium could be when it first started, at this point I’ll be happy if I hear they crashed and burned. They’ve certainly done everything they could to deserve it.
