Yeah, I agree with you 100% that there are very significant questions as to the reliability and accuracy of Ford’s accusations under these circumstances, and I just added to my original article a link to this post of yours for anyone seeking to enlighten themselves about those issues. My point — which I gather you agree with as well — is that I don’t even care whether or not the accusations are accurate. Once you start debating their accuracy one way or the other, you’re already playing on the enemy’s home turf and conceding the high ground in the more important battle, which is the battle to prevent these kinds of errors in judgment from someone’s high school days from even conceivably being considered damning or relevant to anything that might happen decades later.
